ClawBiz builds and hosts AI-powered businesses delivered via Telegram. The service is operated by Offerae LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We handle the technology, AI agent configuration, and ongoing operations so you can focus on managing your business.
ClawBiz offers two subscription tiers:
All subscriptions are monthly recurring and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Billing is handled through Gumroad.
If your business isn't gaining traction within 60 days, you may request a pivot. We will deactivate your current business and build a new one from scratch at no extra cost. Up to 2 pivots are included with your subscription, giving you up to 3 attempts to find the right fit. You always have one active business at a time.
After you've been running your business and are satisfied with the results, you may purchase the entire system for a one-time fee of $2,497. This includes full transfer of your AI agents, configuration, data, and tools to your own hardware. After the buyout, optional ongoing support is available at $97/month. You are responsible for your own hosting and infrastructure after the transfer.
You own your business data. You can request a full export of your data at any time with a single request. Upon cancellation or end of subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
ClawBiz does not guarantee any specific income, profit, or business outcome. Revenue figures shown on the website are estimates based on market research and are for illustration purposes only. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, niche selection, and business type.
The service cannot be used for illegal activity, spam, fraud, harassment, or harmful content. We reserve the right to refuse service for any business that violates these terms.
We may terminate service for violation of these terms with notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Gumroad. Upon cancellation, your AI agents will stop operating at the end of your current billing period. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.
ClawBiz and Offerae LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
